Medical Equipment Supplies in Ireland Website Redesign and Optimisation [Case Study]
Goal: Increase website conversions, make mobile responsive, bring search engine optimisation up to date to increase organic traffic and revenue.
We did this by: Performing a website audit to identify the problem areas. The old website branding and design didn’t convey the quality of products and service that MMS Medical offer or that they are a medical supplies market leader in Ireland.
The website didn’t look good on mobile devices or tablets and wasn’t up to date with the latest search engine optimisation standards. It missed a lot of key elements required by Google, therefore, a lot of their pages weren’t very visible in the search results.
We redesigned and restructured the whole website which included: Full website redesign, optimising the website for mobile and tablet devices, implementing a way to track website user activity and conversions, and updating the onsite search engine optimisation.
Result over a 1 year period:
19.33% increase of organic traffic from the search engines, 158.24% increased page hits, 87.88% page bounce rate reduction (people were now staying on the website rather than clicking off and staying longer), MMS Medical were awarded the selected partner for the Health Service Executive in Ireland.
