Childrens Holiday club redesign and optimisation [case study]
Goal: Increase website traffic and website conversions in time for rapid expansion plans
We did this by: Performing a website audit to identify the problem areas of their website.
Casa Clubs wanted to improve their online branding and establish themselves as a key player in the local area. They wanted to be appearing higher in the search results, initially, they were very hard to find and weren’t generating many enquiries from their website. Their old website wasn’t optimised for mobile devices.
Opened in 5 new locations with 2-3 clubs in each location over 18 months
After a 1 year period, they achieved top positions in the search engines for several prime, chosen keywords in multiple locations. This has enabled them to see on average between 100-300 website hits per day on their website and receive an increase in phone calls. The new branding helps to set them apart from their competition and increases their credibility, thus their revenue.
The new goal for continual website improvement is working to improve the user experience, and reducing the time spent on the phone answering the same question more than once.
We focussed on: Setting up Facebook and Instagram campaigns to generate new leads, creating and managing social media content management to increase brand awareness and improve customer service, creating and setting up an automated cross-selling strategy, improving website search engine optimisation.
An automated system that provided a steady flow of new room booking leads each month with a focus to drive weekend bookings (their quietest period they wanted help to fill)

Background and what we did: The Surrey-based hotel initially required help with creating engaging social media and email content because like most businesses, the marketing team were time-poor.
During our initial chat, we realised they were putting money into “sponsored posts” on Facebook and not seeing any results.
When queried as to why they kept doing it when it isn’t generating any leads, they felt that the more people who would see it, the more chances they had at increasing their sales related to the boosted post. We created and implemented a Facebook and Instagram advertising strategy that gave them a much higher return on their advertising investment and generated more leads. We created an automated system to attract new customers and set up a remarketing campaign to target people who had looked at the website within the last 30 days and turn them into new enquiries.
During this time we also did a full technical search engine optimisation analysis on their website to highlight the areas needed for improvement and worked closely with the marketing manager to create a long term search engine optimisation strategy that they could follow and part implement in house.
We created several automated systems that provided a stream of new leads by utilising social media and email marketing. Bibble Studio worked with the hotel in 2018 to provide a constant stream of new room booking enquiries and socially shareable content for their social media channels.
We ended the 7 months of working together with me training the marketing team with how to continue using what had been set up efficiently to generate more enquiries in the future.
